Delivery in Kuwait
Average Delivery will take 1 to 2 days
We ensure delivery within 2 days, but can take up to 3 days.
Delivery locally in Kuwait Is 2 KD of charge at the moment.
Exception: Ali Sabah Alsalem and Sabah Al Ahmed will be delivered every Sunday, provided that the order is a day before. Note that any order placed on Sunday to these areas will be delivered next Sunday.
Exclude: ( Bneider, Alsalmi, Alwafra, Nuwaiseeb, Alzour, Al-Abdali, Ali Alsalem Airbase, Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, AlJulaia, Kebd, Al-Maqwa'a, Amghara, North Jahra, Farms and wild Camps And coast)
Delivery out Kuwait
GCC and International shipping charge is calculated depending on country and products weight and is delivered within 3-7 business days.
If your country impose duties & Taxes, you must pay it.
Shipping Damage:
* If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, Please refuse to sign it and then contact us immediately .
* If you have already accepted the parcel and found it was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours by email ( sales@wabainternational.com ) after the parcel arrived.
* do not throw away any packing material.

Refund Policy
Please note that we will be responsible to collect the products from buyers under the following conditions as per of Kuwait Law,
Customer purchased an item and wants to return or exchange – he/she has only 14 days to return or exchange, make sure the items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items within 14 days from the date on which items are delivered.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you with no refund.
To complete your exchange/return, we require a proof of purchase.
Note:- In case, if any return request made by the customer then we will not refund the shipping charges as that has already been incurred by us. We will refund the product purchased amount only.
If you received a damaged/defective product from WABA, it is our responsibility and we will refund shipping fees completely.
However if you just do not want the order for any personal reasons, we do not refund the shipping fees.
